We have transparent pricing & charge $195 for the Medical Exam, and $200 for filling out the 14-page I-693 form by our experienced civil surgeon. The cost includes both 1st & 2nd visits, pdf copy of your form. We accept cash, all credit cards, and HSA/FSA Cards. Expenses are reimbursable if a visa is sponsored by employers. Labs and vaccinations are not included in this price. Vaccinations are covered by your insurance & can be taken at any pharmacy or provider of your choice.
We accept any vaccination records from any country. You can take our orders for Vaccinations to any pharmacy and will be covered by your insurance. If you have no insurance, we will guide you to get the Vaccinations at low or no cost. We send you to independent labs & X-ray places that offer a 60% volume discount on our orders. We offer concierge, connected, & cost-effective quality medical exams. Dr. Malhotra has done hundreds of immigration medical exams
Normal process time takes about 5 to 7 working days. We can also expedite the process, at an extra cost. We have two convenient South Orange and Orange, NJ locations. You can book and manage appointments online.

For ALL applicants, insurance does not cover the labs done for immigration purpose. We have a contracted lowest price for labs but it must be paid at time of first visit, either as cash or credit card)
- Syphilis (RPR) + gonorrhea + Quantiferon: $135
- Quantiferon only $75;

- Mandatory Urine / Blood draw fee: $25
If you have no health insurance, you can get vaccinations at your local/nearby health centers for vaccinations or it can be given in our office
